A challenging, but rewarding gravel ride on a combination of gravel trails, gravel roads and state park access trails with just a small amount of back streets too.

We meet at the Guide Dogs building on Chandler Highway at 7:30am.

If you know Mt Pleasant Road on your road bike then try this gravel road option. Some rolling hills and some very steep pinches. It’s OK to hike your bike on this ride as some climbs are very tough and some descents require care and concentration. The scenery is lovely and the return through Warrandyte State Park is great. It’s a relaxed pace ride too.

Great coffee and baked goods at Petty’s Orchard on the way home!
